Colorful Dinner

   I was in the mood for an easy, colorful dinner, so I stopped at the store on the way home from the dog park, and made stir fry tonight! Of course, now I will be eating stir fry for the next two weeks, given how much it makes... and I only bought one of each of the veggies! Ah, well... at least it was good & good for me.  ;)
