The Timeless Art of Seduction

   The dogs have been fairly lazy all day, following the evening of swimming and kayaking. And I guess I have been as well, since I've been sitting in bed all day, on my laptop, downloading, sorting, and uploading photos!
   I make a lot of work for myself by taking so many photos. But in doing so, I have learned SO much about photography and composition. I guess I could take fewer, but then I may be missing out on shots like the one above. And I CAN'T do that! Oh, sweet tempting siren of reminiscence, how you torment me so! Losing two pets in the last year has taught me that photos are treasures; precious memories of loved ones and great adventures that will never be repeated. In some ways I wish I could freeze time just as it is now; things are good. But somehow, though there's lots of change, they always get better too. Timeless art of seduction, or artful seduction of timelessness?
