I don't know how I could have lived in Kansas City, for 15 years, as a foodie, and NOT been to Le Fou Frog! Well, the shameful streak finally came to an end tonight, thanks to Britten and Rich.
They invited me to join them for the annual Voodoo Night Feast: 5 courses of delicious decadence. It was quite an introduction to the wonderful little restaurant in River Market. It's impossible to choose a favorite course, but... oh, who am I kidding? It was the banana bread pudding with caramel-y bourbon and banana sauces and caramel pecans!
