Many years ago one of my sisters was married to a horrible guy that neither my brother nor I could stand at all. His name was Russ and he had vanity plates that said RUSSY. This was at a time when Missouri personalized plates were black with yellow letters and numbers. See you can guess where we put a small piece of black electrical tape.
