Love the Kauffman!

   Also love my friend Christy for scoring FREE tickets to tonight's performance for Sawako & me! We enjoyed chamber music by 6 musicians: 4 violins, 2 viola, & a cello. Our seats were incredible so it was easy to watch them intently as their expressions and body language mirrored the music. And with such a small group, it was easy to distinguish each individual instrument while also appreciating them as a whole.
   Afterwards, 7 of us headed to Lulu's for Thai noodles. All in all, pretty awesome day. It has been an exhausting but also exhilarating week, and it's only half over...

   Believe it or not, the Kauffman center is behind us... It's just a lil' blown out from the sun. Still, I like this photo of Sawako & me. (My eyes look super-blue!)
