All I can say is: butter lettuce salad with roasted duck confit and goat cheese bechamel, grilled octopus with bacon and white beans (best course by far!), medium-rare duck with lentils and strawberry-rhubarb purée, and goat cheese beignets with caramel sauce and whipped cream. Notice any themes? ;)
The octopus and duck courses were topped with gorgeous micro greens from City Bitty Farms, aka Jennifer & Greg's handiwork.
