From what I could gather on a quick viewing without spending any time translating, this dog's name is "Panda", and when he was young he was white with dark spots over his eyes. As he grew, the spots lifted into considerably thick "eyebrows." So funny.
THAT IS AMAZING. I wish I had that dog.
