it's midyear performance review time

My editorial counterpart (and occasional nemesis!), Steve, sent midyear feedback about me to my boss. He shared it with me, and I was humbled by all the nice things he said. That is, until I got to the bottom. And I quote: "Jen would better enable the success of the team if... (click to see answer)"


He also sent this article to me. Do you see the crap I have to put up with?! Doesn't this constitute a hostile work environment??
