Race for the Cure

This morning's race was a blast—running right through the streets of downtown KC, past the Sprint Center, KC Star & Andrews McMeel offices, Main Street Theater & the P&L District. Love these aerial shots of the city!

A record 28,000+ people signed up to run or walk. I came in 599th place overall, with a time of 26:24 (8:31 miles). Huge thanks to those that donated toward the cause, & here's hoping that a cure is right around the corner!
