We were livin' large for today's team day away. First we went to pick up lunch from Panera—and were handed an ENORMOUS bag full of food that took two people to carry. (The lucky people being my neighbors Dave & Mike in this case.) When Liz saw this photo she said, "I think Mike and Dave should carry you around in that bag, anywhere you want to go." Nice, Liz. Coal in your stocking!!!
During the meeting we all noticed that Jean was inexplicably using this HUGE PEN. The funny thing was that she made no reference to it at all, and acted normally. So when she left the room, John got a photo of me holding it. So the question is...comically huge pen, or comically small Jen? Who can tell? (The pen also said something like "Don't be square, be Polish," BTW.)
After lunch we all enjoyed delicious (and also quite large) Panera cookies...except for John, who got a pasty-looking shortbreadish cookie that tasted like cardboard.
It must have put John in a bad mood, because he immediately starting picking on his buddy Carolyn:
