More adventures in food

   Stomach, meet orange beef with bok choy! It looks really colorful and good... but this was my first time with this recipe, and there are things I'd change for the next round. (Namely, I'd undercook the steak next time. If I had cooked it the way the recipe instructed, it would have turned into shoe leather. I split the difference but it was still a bit too much for my taste.) Also, it made a TON of food, so I wish I had invited 20 friends over tonight!!!
