Oh sure, he looks innocent. He looks adorable. But today I came home from work to find that he opened the refrigerator door... And there was no trace of cool air left inside. I just shopped on Sunday night, so it's chock full of food. And amazingly, none of it appeared to be missing! I guess I'd have rather had him eat it all, than to have it all go to waste! Grrrr...
What am I to do with this awful, terrible, supremely hungry boy?
In a way, though, we're sorta even: I ran out after work tonight for a quick dinner with Maureen (sushi, of course!) and didn't realize it was going to rain. Who would have guessed it—we're in a severe drought! It hasn't rained in WEEKS! I think I can reasonably claim innocence on that part. But I had left the dogs outside to eat their dinner and relax in the yard. In the hour and a half that I was gone, we seemed to have received quite the monsoon, as the whole deck was wet, even under the gazebo. And the dogs were soaked to the skin, and very glad to come back inside.
