VW x MLS

   5k run (well, 4 miles after Madeline & I jogged to the car & back with armloads of race swag). Awesome downtown course (hilly, but scenic), great friends, blue coconut popsicles and ice blue Gatorade, hot pro soccer players, great crowd energy, and Wayne came in FIRST in his age group, scoring THREE sets of tickets: Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Silversun Pickups, and MLS All-Star game.
   I finished in 31:39 (10'13" pace). Slow, but coming back with a vengeance...
