I just threw a bunch of stuff in a blender, and it's so good I want to remember how to do it next time. Frozen bananas, frozen spinach, plain Greek yogurt, soy milk, flaxseed, chocolate protein powder, flaked coconut, and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. YUM. It taste like a milkshake, but it's good for me.
