Thank you to my friends Jen and Greg at City Bitty Farms for a fun dinner and tour of the greenhouse last night, and this delicious lunch today: fresh red sorrel and radish microgreens in my salad, and popcorn (with avocado and roasted parsnips) for "dessert"!
And for dinner: Chipotle chicken flautas hidden beneath more sorel and avocado, plus tiny cilantro!
