Brian, whom I met at Ibex climbing gym three years ago and whom I haven't seen since, spontaneously drove down from Omaha this weekend for the Memorial Day holiday. My plans for a road trip out to Colorado to catch the end of ski season had fallen through, so this was the perfect way to recover.
