Mom and I found some cauliflower at the farmers market that was a feast for the eyes… Brilliant purple and orange! It tasted just like regular cauliflower, but felt fancier. We roasted it in the oven and alongside brussels sprouts, and cooked seafood from aunt Martha. Delicious!
