The challenge of exercise

   One of my favorite Facebook pages is the New York Times well / health page. Today they posted this excellent article about the considerable benefits of exercise, beyond just the physical.

   This perfectly describes why I like to run, snowboard, and climb rocks. They're tough. Each is a game against your own willpower to go further, faster, higher. Challenging ourselves in any aspect of life indeed strengthens us to perform at a higher level in other areas.
