Thank goodness my left knee doesn't hurt as much as it looks like it should. These bruises are still pretty gnarly. And my right glute is sore, but fine. Those are the spots I hit most often when I crash on a snowboard, depending on if I'm on heelside or toeside.
What really smarts is, I think, either my sciatic nerve or my hamstring in my left glute & leg. I'm not sure which it is. But I'm sure when it happened: that ill-fated climbing move on January 6. I angered something inside me really good! It hurts to walk, climb stairs, and especially to sit. I've been in agony at work the last 3 days. I can't run.
Fortunately for me, snowboarding didn't bother it at all, so it didn't slow me down on the trip. What to do about it now???
