Rediscovering Kansas City: Steamboat Arabia

The Arabia hit a tree snag in the Missouri River & sank in 1856 with over 200 tons of cargo on board. It was recovered by a local team in 1988 & they are still cleaning & restoring articles from the boat!
It's the world's largest collection of frontier supplies.
