The good and the bad of working at a big company: there is always free food to be had. This week alone I was powerless against the onslaught of cupcakes. The first was from a visiting lecturer; she ordered custom cakes from Babycakes in honor of our Centennial year. Obviously there was no way I could refuse that.And this afternoon was a thank-you party for participants on a recent project. Now how could I turn down a "design" cupcake?!And oh, what's this? The results of my blood screening this week:high cholesterol! @%*!!! No more free cupcakes for me.
Unless they're made from Cheerios & Lipitor.
