Japanese Lesson: Aki Maki
"Aki" or「あき/秋」means "Autumn." "Maki" or 「まき/巻き」means "roll" in Japanese & is probably most familiar to Americans when it refers to sushi rolls. So here's a photo of my "Aki Maki" rolling in the fall leaves. At least, I THINK that's what she's rolling in...
