Philanthropy

The KC Star has written some articles about Hallmark recently that talk about realities in the industry and how the company is responding to change—an overhaul of the company. And there's a quick blurb about the new HMK store concept on the Plaza. The one I found most compelling, though, is one that anyone who lives in the KC Metro area should be aware of—the sizable philanthropic impact that the company has on our community. Hallmark needs to be strong not just for capitalistic reasons, but for the thousands of people who are helped by the Hall Foundation.
