Dessert heaven

   The cookout that I hosted on Sunday resulted in a couple of new delicacies. (Huge thanks to Amy for bringing the "side dish" of brownies laced with real bacon.)

   The amazing bacon brownie caramel s'mores:

   And a concoction with the leftovers: bacon brownie topped with whipped cream & caramel bananas:

   And again I must say: if only I were a better entrepreneur and had the passion to open a S'mores truck. Because I could make up--and taste-test--this sh**all day long!

   Update 5/29: one of my Facebook friends just posted this page of s'mores recipes. So maybe I wasn't the first to think of these, but I'm sure none are better than mine.  ;)
