Sunday Funday

Sunday morning group ride, with another great dusting of powder. We could get 5 out of 6 of us on the Super Bee lift.
The views, as always, were amazing.
It hardly stopped snowing the entire time we were in the mountains. Rarely have we had such perfect conditions.
I'm not sure if it was my lucky Snow Patrol shirt, or my new lucky mountain dollar, but I'm going to bring both on ski trips from now on!
The rest of the gang had to work tomorrow, and took off at midday. Maureen and I stayed an extra night, and hit Frisco for some astoundingly good sushi at Kemosabe. These were the first 2 out of about 50 courses we ordered. We had skipped lunch, and it turns out that riding for over 26 miles, two days in a row, works up quite an appetite. ;)
Copper is a great mountain because it is compact, and you can pack in many, many runs very quickly. Closing weekend was surprisingly uncrowded, so the fact that there were no lift lines helped as well.
