I've been with my company for over four months now, but today was the first day that they reinstated what they call "Wednesday hoopla." Basically, a random creative challenge to kick off the day. We were all on video chat and had just a couple minutes to solve the puzzle.
You can see the challenge below, creating a monster and defining their special powers and weaknesses based on the words in this list.
I created Space Shark, who uses a decoy to lure his victims. His special power is breathing underwater, and his weakness is that he must stay wet--so he can't leave the kitchen sink!
