Random Hallmark moment: Medical dept. edition

Saw this down in our Medical department today and it cracked me up. This dude looks awfully happy considering he has been eviscerated!!! You'd think he'd feel a breeze...or something!I'm also pretty sure I saw him on the last episode of "America's Most Wanted."
