So I was at Macy's trying on this cute dress that, unfortunately, did nothing for me. And when I tried to get it off, the zipper stuck! There I was fumbling around in the fitting room, playing a one-woman game of Twister & trying to decide what I was going to do if I COULDN'T get the dress off! Yell for help? Call somebody? Suddenly--success! I got it! I got dressed & turned around to leave and—of course! The latch on the door was stuck! It was the sliding kind, & I could see that the hardware wasn't properly aligned. Note to self: start carrying screwdriver in purse. Should I break it down? Climb over it?? Curl up on the floor and settle in for a long night of being locked in at Macy's??
