Ghosts of Mousies Past

   I returned home to find a dead baby mouse in the hallway, and another in the living room, just a few feet from each other. Atom was proudly strutting around, swishing his tail. That seals it: Atom is doing an outstanding job as CEM (Chief Executive Mouser) & gets an "exceeds" on this year's performance review! He has caught & dispatched 4 mice in 3 weeks. (He is available for hire if you are in need of his services... as soon as he finishes clearing my house.)

   As glad as I am to not have vermin running all over my house, I can't help but worry that all the Ghosts of Mousies Past might return to haunt me...
