Snow on May 2nd... the first significant accumulation in May in KC since 1907. 1.6" then, and we're slated for 1-3" through tomorrow. The most recent snow of any amount in KC was 2005. So although you probably think I'm crazy, I think this is pretty cool. And I can't wait to rub that in next time I see my buddy Dan Regan.
Today was the coldest May day on record in KC until tomorrow hit... 39 degrees! Yes, I said tomorrow. I went up in my time machine and checked the thermometer. Did I just blow your mind?
