Traveling Shibas

   For the second time in a week, Christy graciously came by and grabbed my dogs to take them for a hike. Last time it was because I had the flu, and this time it's because I'm walking with a pronounced limp thanks to yesterday's half marathon.

   My shirt perfectly captures how my legs feel:

   The dog sure seem to be enjoying themselves! Christy took them to Shawnee Mission Park to hike the mountain bike trails, and apparently they stopped by the marina to try out a kayak. We haven't taken our boat out yet this year, but judging from the looks on the dogs' faces, we are overdue. We only went out twice last year, thanks to my fractured arm. We've got some time to make up!
