I'm stuffed

   Picked up these beauties at the Overland Park Farmers Market today, and made mini stuffed peppers. So tasty!!! Tossed in a couple of jalapeño because I like to live dangerously. (They are indeed as dangerous as they are delicious!)
   I used my stepmom, Diane's, recipe, and it is such a winner-- I can eat these things like candy—healthy, healthy candy. And it's nice to have plenty to eat for the whole week, especially a week like this-- working extra long hours. It has been a lifesaver. So thankful that Diane made these for us when I visited my family in Ohio back in May.
